Situated on 280 acres, A Taste of Alaska is just moments from Fairbanks, yet secluded enough that guests will enjoy an incrdeible view of the Aurora Borealis (the Northern Lights). The lodge itself is a 7,000 square foot natural log building that was completed in 1995. The dining room has a great view and a full breakfast is offered with every reservation. Plenty of recreation surrounds the lodge, including hiking, skiing and wildlife watching.
